End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and DIGIBAY PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company", "we", "us"). By installing or using HuntHeal Protection (the "Software"), you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use one copy of the Software on a single device solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You shall not: (a) copy, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works of, or otherwise alter the Software; (b) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software except to the extent permitted by law; (c) remove, alter or obscure any proprietary notices; (d) rent, lease, sell, assign, sublicense, or otherwise transfer the Software or any rights thereto; (e) use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software and any copies, including all intellectual property rights therein.

4. Updates

We may provide patches, updates or upgrades that modify the Software (collectively, "Updates"). Updates are part of the Software and subject to this Agreement. Certain functionality may require installation of Updates.

5. Third‑Party Services

The Software may interoperate with third‑party services. Your use of third‑party services is governed by their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third‑party services.

6. Term and Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. We may terminate it immediately if you breach any term. Upon termination, you must uninstall and cease all use of the Software. Sections intended to survive (e.g., Ownership, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability) will survive termination.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR‑FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT IT WILL DETECT OR PREVENT ALL THREATS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU (IF ANY) FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

9. Export Control

You represent that you are not located in a country under embargo and are not on any sanctions list. You agree to comply with applicable export control laws.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Courts in Mumbai, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may modify this Agreement. Continued use of the Software after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

13. Feedback

If you send ideas, suggestions, or feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, irrevocable license to use and incorporate them without any obligation to you.

14. Open‑Source Notices

The Software may include open‑source components subject to their own licenses. Copies of applicable notices and licenses are available upon request.

15. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DIGIBAY PRIVATE LIMITED harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the Software or breach of this Agreement.

16. Support Policy

We provide best‑effort support via email and phone during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9am–6pm). Response times may vary based on ticket volume and severity.
