2. Accounts & Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Fees are non‑refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Service. Prohibited behavior includes: interfering with operation, attempting unauthorized access, violating laws, infringing IP rights, or distributing malware.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in the Service and content are owned by DIGIBAY PRIVATE LIMITED or its licensors. You receive a limited license to use the Service as provided.
5. Software & Updates
We may release updates that improve performance or security. Updates may install automatically. The EULA applies to the Software components.

7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS". We do not guarantee detection or removal of every threat, uninterrupted operation, or error‑free performance.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security/operational reasons. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction: courts in Mumbai, India.

13. Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely by third‑party providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. You must keep your billing information current to avoid service interruption.
